RETURNS
1. Online sales can be returned within 14 days in pristine condition, unworn, with tags still attached for a refund to the original method of payment. If your package arrives within the 14-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
2. All Showroom & Trunk Show Sales, with the exception of samples and sale merchandise, can be returned within 5 days of purchase or receipt of special order, in pristine condition, unworn and with tags still attached for Store Credit only.
3. Samples and sale merchandise are final sale, i.e., no returns accepted.
Prance, LLC. ® does not assume return shipping costs. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME
If your package arrives at Prance, LLC within the timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Prance, LLC. ®

If you need a different size or color, we prefer you place a second order to serve you most efficiently. Once we receive your return, we will credit your account.
